Rebecca joined Diversity Lab in 2023 as a Community and Engagement Manager. In this role, she works across inclusion initiatives to bring simple language to complex ideas. Prior to joining Diversity Lab, she was a senior copywriter at Ogilvy, where she focused on employee experience. During her tenure at Ogilvy, she developed team building tools for Fortune 100 companies, including IBM, Verizon, and Walgreens.  She graduated Barnard College of Columbia University with a degree in English and remains an early-morning writer and nighttime reader.
