Mansfield Rule Manager
Alyssa joins Diversity Lab with nearly 10 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Corporate Engagement Manager at Out & Equal, Alyssa was responsible for managing partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and worked with ERG leaders, DEI managers, and HR professionals to create a more equitable and inclusive culture for LGBTQ+ employees.
In her previous position as Senior Program Manager of DEI at AnitaB.org, Alyssa served as a DEI consultant for external corporate partners and subject matter expert for AnitaB.org programs. In a recent project, she conducted an extensive review of a large tech company’s hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding procedures, and provided research to support the company’s pursuit of implementing its own version of the Mansfield Rule.
Alyssa received a B.A. from Indiana University and is currently pursuing a M.S. of Science from Michigan State University. She received the Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University in 2018. Alyssa is passionate about disrupting biases in people and systems to ultimate create a world that is more equitable and equal for everyone.
