Alyssa joins Diversity Lab with more than 10 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. As the Director of Mansfield & Strategic Innovations, she collaborates with law firms in their pursuit of Mansfield Certification. She has the opportunity to meet with and learn alongside large and mid-sized firms, located in the US, Canada, and the UK. In her previous roles, she managed relationships with corporations that were focused on creating inclusive environments for all employees.
Alyssa received a B.A. from Indiana University and a Master’s in Science from Michigan State University. She received the Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University in 2018. Alyssa is passionate about disrupting biases in people and systems to ultimately create a world that is more equitable and equal for everyone.
