Diversity Lab President of Growth, Operations & Impact Apryl Mathes will moderate the panel “When Inclusion Becomes Instinct: Developing Leadership Habits That Last,” alongside Sharon Jones (Haynes Boone LLP), Courtney Carter (Jenner & Block LLP), and Whitney Smallwood (Fish & Richardson P.C.).

Together, the panel will explore how lawyers can move beyond awareness campaigns to build inclusive leadership practices that are concrete, repeatable, and measurable. By applying principles of behavioral science and leadership development, participants will learn how to embed inclusion into daily habits that strengthen teams, client service, and firm culture.
