Deneen joined Con Edison in 2019 after nine years at the USAA in San Antonio. Prior to her work at the USAA, she served as SVP, general counsel and secretary of ING Direct USA, as an associate for two years at Pepper Hamilton, as a staff attorney for the board of governors at theFederal Reserve in Washington, and as a budget analyst for the City ofNew York. She earned a J.D. degree from Fordham University in 1992,and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Donnley has received numerous awards, including the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) 2019 President’s Award, the 2019 Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABNY) Corporate Leadership Award, an Outstanding Lawyer Award from the San Antonio Busines Journal (2018), the Texas Most Powerful and Influential Women Award for the Texas Diversity Council (2016), and the Pursuit of Excellence Award from the Delaware Valley chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (DELVACCA) (2009).
