As CEO of Diversity Lab, Angela oversees the strategy, direction, and operations of the organization, while promoting Diversity Lab’s core values of fairness and opportunity. She is an experienced and versatile leader with consistent success in driving growth and transformation, establishing organizational vision and strategy, and building strong teams.
Angela joins Diversity Lab after an accomplished career in private practice and executive roles in the financial services industry. She has more than 15 years of legal and leadership experience, beginning her career at a large law firm and subsequently serving in multiple public-company general counsel and executive business leader roles. She has led numerous large teams and believes that the development of high-performing individuals and teams is at the heart of every organization’s success.
Angela received her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Iowa.
